Every level of ability and training is welcome
Once you met me, I will go through the equipment you will be using, a brief of the techniques and the strokes and advice the itinerary to paddle.
Then, we'll go to the sea and you'll put into practice what you learned during the dry class. I'll be by your side to help you
perfecting your technique and fixing errors.
When you will be able enough to SUP I can leave you a time span of 15 mins to explore around.
The guest is free to add a small session of SUP yoga OR SUP core workout.
Once out of the water I'll take you a memory picture and I'll care of the equipment while you will relax with the drink that I'll be bringing.
The experience will last around 1.5 h depending on the level of training.
In case of inclement weather the guest and I will agree on hows to handle the class
